Buffalo Chicken Burger

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground chicken breast 97% lean
  • 1/4 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce, heat level of your choice, divided use
  • 4 Mini Kaiser rolls, split in half and toasted
  • 3/4 cup H-E-B Ranch Flavored Tortilla Chips, crushed into crumbs

Instructions

  1. Mix ground chicken with half of Buffalo sauce and crushed tortilla chips. Form into half inch thick burgers.
  2. Bring a medium size skillet or grill to medium heat. Lightly spray with oil and cook burgers on both sides until fully cooked through, about 4 minutes each side.
  3. Serve on toasted Kaiser rolls with remaining Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing.
