Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Place a glass baking dish in oven to heat.
  2. Once dish is heated add in sprouts and toss with oil and salt.
  3. Return to oven and roast sprouts until well browned and crisp.
  4. To make balsamic glaze; reduce 1 cup of vinegar with 2 tablespoons of sugar until thickened.
  5. Remove sprouts from oven and drizzle with glaze.
  6. Remaining glaze may be stored in fridge up to 3 days.
