Bruschetta Baked Fish

Ingredients
- 2 Flounder fillets, skinless
- 4 tbsp Fischer & Wieser Garlic & Basil Bruschetta
- 1/2 cup Sabatino Tartufi Truffle Crisps, crushed
- 4 tbsp Italian blend shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray.
- Lay fish fillets on baking sheet and spread 2 tablespoons of bruschetta on each one. Sprinkle half of the crushed truffle chips, then the cheese on each fillet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and fish has turned from opaque to white. Serve immediately.
