Unsaved Bruschetta Baked Fish

Ingredients

  • 2 Flounder fillets, skinless
  • 4 tbsp Fischer & Wieser Garlic & Basil Bruschetta
  • 1/2 cup Sabatino Tartufi Truffle Crisps, crushed
  • 4 tbsp Italian blend shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray.
  2. Lay fish fillets on baking sheet and spread 2 tablespoons of bruschetta on each one. Sprinkle half of the crushed truffle chips, then the cheese on each fillet.
  3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and fish has turned from opaque to white. Serve immediately.
