Brown Butter Rosemary Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 24 oz Baby potato medley, washed and patted dry
  • 1/2 cup Yellow onions, large diced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Fresh Rosemary, removed from stem and rough chopped
  • 1 tbsp Garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Salted butter, softened
  • 1 tsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Texas Originals Steak Seasoning Spice Blend

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside.
  2. Add potatoes to a large bowl along with onions, rosemary, garlic, oil, and butter. Sprinkle with steak seasoning and toss to combine. Don't worry if the butter clumps.
  3. Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  4. Remove from oven, stir and let rest 4 to 5 minutes prior to serving.
