Brown Butter Rosemary Potatoes

Ingredients
- 24 oz Baby potato medley, washed and patted dry
- 1/2 cup Yellow onions, large diced
- 1 1/2 tbsp Fresh Rosemary, removed from stem and rough chopped
- 1 tbsp Garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Salted butter, softened
- 1 tsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Texas Originals Steak Seasoning Spice Blend
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside.
- Add potatoes to a large bowl along with onions, rosemary, garlic, oil, and butter. Sprinkle with steak seasoning and toss to combine. Don't worry if the butter clumps.
- Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
- Remove from oven, stir and let rest 4 to 5 minutes prior to serving.
