Broiled Mustard-Glazed Ham

Unsaved Broiled Mustard-Glazed Ham

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb H-E-B Hickory Smoked Boneless Ham Steak, boneless
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp Lime, Juiced
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cumin

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to Broil.
  2. Line broiler pan with foil for easy cleanup.
  3. Place ham on rack over broiler pan.
  4. Combine mustard, lime juice and cumin in a small bowl.
  5. Spread half of mustard mixture over top of ham.
  6. Broil 2-3 inches from heat source 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven; turn ham and spread with remaining mustard mixture.
  8. Broil second side 5 more minutes.
