Broccolini with Melted Garlic and Chilis

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp Garlic cloves, very thinly sliced
- 1 lb Broccolini
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes, as needed
- 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
Instructions
- Place a large non-stick pan over medium high heat then add oil and allow to get hot.
- Add garlic and sauté until just starting to brown. Add broccolini and red pepper flakes and sauté 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add vinegar, toss until completely evaporated then season to taste as needed and remove from heat. Broccolini should still be slightly crunchy.
- Serve immediately and garnish with Pecorino Romano if desired.
