Broccoli Steamed On The Grill

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Broccoli crowns
  • 1 tsp Unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp Water

Instructions

  1. Make a pouch of aluminum foil, about 12"X12", to hold the broccoli.
  2. Add water and broccoli, and top with butter. Fold to make a tent.
  3. Place pouch on grill over medium coals. Steam 7 minutes, or until broccoli is crisp-tender. Carefully open pouch to avoid steam.
