Broccoli Cheddar Turkey Rollatini

Ingredients
- 1 cup Frozen cut broccoli
- 1/2 cup 2% shredded cheddar
- 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 Garlic clove, minced
- 1 lb Raw turkey breast, sliced in 1/2-inch slices
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp Coarse ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Combine frozen broccoli, cheese, bread crumbs and garlic in a large bowl.
- Lay turkey slices on a cutting board, gently pound to flatten, and generously season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Scoop ½ cup of broccoli mixture on one end of each slice of turkey. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Place on a sheet pan.
- Bake until turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF.
