Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  2. Combine frozen broccoli, cheese, bread crumbs and garlic in a large bowl.
  3. Lay turkey slices on a cutting board, gently pound to flatten, and generously season both sides with salt and pepper.
  4. Scoop ½ cup of broccoli mixture on one end of each slice of turkey. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Place on a sheet pan.
  5. Bake until turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF.
