Broccoli-Cheddar Packets

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Broccoli crowns, cut into florets
- 1 3/4 cups Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 tbsp Sour cream
- 2 tbsp Fresh chives, chopped
- 1 Vegetable oil no-stick cooking spray, 3 second spray
- 1 tbsp All purpose flour, for dusting
- 13.8 oz Refrigerated Pizza Crust
- 1 Large eggs
Instructions
- Add broccoli to salted boiling water 1 minute. Drain, rinse under cold water and pat dry.
- Mix broccoli, cheese, sour cream and chives in a bowl then squeeze with hand to compress.
- Preheat oven to 425°F and spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- On a floured surface, roll out dough into a square and cut into quarters.
- Place 1/4 of broccoli cheese filling in the middle of each quarter, leaving a small border. Fold in half, crimp with a fork and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Beat egg with 1 tablespoon water and brush outside of packets.
- Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
