Brisket Vermicelli Bowl

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Pretty Thai Muay Thai Sauce
- 2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Five spice rub
- 8 oz Fully cooked brisket, heated through
- 1 Hot house cucumbers, quartered and cut on bias
- 1 Medium head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Green onion, chopped
- 1 Medium roma tomato, rough chopped
- 4 oz Vermicelli Rice Noodles, cooked according to package directions
Instructions
- Combine Muay Thai Sauce, rice wine vinegar and chipotle five spice rub together in a bowl or jar. Mix well.
- Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and toss to combine. Serve room temperature or chilled.
