Unsaved Brisket Vermicelli Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Pretty Thai Muay Thai Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Five spice rub
  • 8 oz Fully cooked brisket, heated through
  • 1 Hot house cucumbers, quartered and cut on bias
  • 1 Medium head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Green onion, chopped
  • 1 Medium roma tomato, rough chopped
  • 4 oz Vermicelli Rice Noodles, cooked according to package directions

Instructions

  1. Combine Muay Thai Sauce, rice wine vinegar and chipotle five spice rub together in a bowl or jar. Mix well.
  2. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and toss to combine. Serve room temperature or chilled.
