Breakfast Sausage and Cheese Bites

Ingredients
- 2 cups All purpose baking mix
- 1/2 lb Sage breakfast sausage
- 1 1/4 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Sour cream
- 3/4 cup Whole milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Line a sheet pan with parchment or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place a medium, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage and cook 5 to 7 minutes, crumbling with a spoon. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine sausage, dry mix, milk, sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir together and, if necessary, use your hand to fully incorporate ingredients.
- Spoon a heaping tablespoon on baking sheet and press down with fingers.
- Bake 12 to 15 minute or until golden brown.
- Chef's Note: Try substituting for your favorite sausage or cheese and adding fresh green onion.
