Breakfast Fro-Yo Popsicles

Ingredients
- 12 oz Non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Raw, unfiltered honey
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Blackberry spread
- 1/4 cup Fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup Fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Granola with nuts
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, honey and vanilla. Swirl jam gently into yogurt, but don't completely mix in.
- Layer berries and yogurt into popsicle molds all the way up to the top. Finish top layer with granola.
- Freeze for 2 to 3 hours or until firm.
- Chef's Note: Substitute whatever dry or fresh fruit you prefer. Great, quick breakfast for on the go!
