Unsaved Breakfast Croissant Sausage Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 3 Large eggs
  • 3 Jalapeño turkey sausage, sliced in half lengthwise
  • 3 Large croissants, cut open
  • 1 1/2 Large avocado(s), sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and cook egg sunny side up.
  3. Place sausage on croissant and bake 5 minutes.
  4. To build sandwich top sausage with egg and slices of avocado and top half of croissant.
