Breaded Chicken Marinara Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 4 Fully Cooked Chicken Fried Chicken Breasts
- 4 Ciabatta rolls, sliced horizontally
- 1/2 cup Marinara Pasta Sauce
- 4 tsp Shredded parmesan cheese
- 2.2 oz Black Olives, drained
- 1 Green bell pepper, seeds and stem removed and sliced into rings
- 4 Natural sliced provolone
Instructions
- Turn on broiler.
- Heat chicken in microwave according to package directions.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet, cut-sides down and toast lightly under broiler 1 minute.
- Remove bread from oven.
- Turn cut-sides up and spread 2 tablespoons sauce on bread.
- Sprinkle 1 teaspoon Parmesan over each bottom half.
- Arrange olives, bell pepper rings and provolone over top halves.
- Return bread to broiler 2 minutes until cheese melts.
- Remove from oven.
- Place chicken on bottom halves and close sandwiches with top halves.
