Unsaved Bow Tie Pasta And Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Bow tie farfalle
  • 1 Medium Red bell pepper, cored, seeded and chopped
  • 1 Medium Fresh zucchini squash, chopped
  • 1 Medium Fresh carrot, chopped
  • 4 Fresh green onions, chopped
  • 5 Medium Roma tomatoes, seeded and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 Fat free cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions then drain and set aside.
  2. While pasta is cooking, combine pepper, zucchini, carrot, onion, tomatoes and basil in a large salad bowl.
  3. When pasta is cooked and drained, add to vegetable mixture.
  4. Heat soup in a microwave-safe dish for 2 minutes on high power.
  5. Toss hot soup into pasta and vegetable mixture
