Bodacious Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved lengthwise
  • 4 slices Pecan smoked bacon, diced
  • 4 fl oz Texas on the Plate Bodacious Red Soppin' Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside briefly.
  2. In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts and bacon together then spread out evenly across baking sheet. The bacon will provide enough grease for roasting.
  3. Roast 40 minutes or until desired crispiness. Remove from oven and toss with soppin' sauce.
  4. Return to oven and roast another 5 minutes just to glaze. Serve immediately with your favorite meal!
