Bodacious Pulled Pork Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 Texas on the Plate Bodacious Red Soppin' Sauce
  • 12 oz Bock style beer
  • 2 lb Pork shoulder, cut into 2-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp Ground black pepper
  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls

Instructions

  1. Season pork with black pepper then place in slow cooker with soppin' sauce and beer.
  2. Cover and cook on low 2 hours.
  3. After 2 hours remove lid, increase heat to high and cook an additional 30 minutes.
  4. Using forks, shred pork while still in slow cooker.
  5. Cut rolls in half and fill with pulled pork.
  6. Chef's Note: Add a tangy slaw or serve with baked beans.
