Ingredients
- 2 Bananas, divided use
- 2 cups Frozen sliced peaches
- 1 cup Frozen blueberries
- 2 tsp Ground flaxseed
- 1 1/2 cups Vanilla soy milk
- 1/2 cup Vanilla almond granola
- 4 Oatmeal digestive cookies, crumbled
- 2 tsp Maple syrup
Instructions
- In a blender combine 1 banana, peaches, blueberries, flax seeds, and soy milk. Blend until smooth.
- Peel and slice second banana.
- Divide granola evenly and place at the bottom of 2 bowls. Pour smoothie over granola and top with sliced banana, digestive cookies, and maple syrup. Serve immediately.
