Blueberry Peach Cobbler Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas, divided use
  • 2 cups Frozen sliced peaches
  • 1 cup Frozen blueberries
  • 2 tsp Ground flaxseed
  • 1 1/2 cups Vanilla soy milk
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla almond granola
  • 4 Oatmeal digestive cookies, crumbled
  • 2 tsp Maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a blender combine 1 banana, peaches, blueberries, flax seeds, and soy milk. Blend until smooth.
  2. Peel and slice second banana.
  3. Divide granola evenly and place at the bottom of 2 bowls. Pour smoothie over granola and top with sliced banana, digestive cookies, and maple syrup. Serve immediately.
