Ingredients

  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1/4 cup Whole milk
  • 2 tsp Original flavor Tabasco
  • 1/2 cup Diced 3 Color Bell Peppers
  • 4 Plain bagels
  • 4 Romaine lettuce
  • 1 Fresh greenhouse tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 slices Center cut bacon

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs, milk and pepper sauce in small bowl.
  2. Heat a medium skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium heat, add bell peppers and cook for 2 to 3 min. or until crisp-tender.
  3. Fill bagels with lettuce, tomatoes, egg mixture and bacon.
