Blackened Shrimp Fettuccini Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Fettuccine pasta
  • 2.5 oz Alfredo sauce mix
  • 1 lb Great Catch Raw Easy Peel Deveined Shell-On Jumbo Shrimp, 16-25ct /lb, peeled & deveined
  • 2 tbsp Chef Geoffrey Michael's Original Cajun Breakdown Spicy Cooking
  • 1/4 lb Unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Italian parsley

Instructions

  1. Prepare pasta and Alfredo sauce blend per instructions; set aside.
  2. Coat shrimp liberally with seasoning and saute in butter 3-4 minutes, turning often.
  3. Serve on top of pasta and sauce; sprinkle with parsley.
  4. Note: Cooking time for shrimp varies according to size. Larger shrimp take longer to cook; smaller shrimp take less time to cook.
