  • 2 Responsibly Raised Redfish Fillets
  • 1/2 tbsp Blackened Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Salted butter, divided use

Instructions

  1. With the tip of a sharp knife, make 2 shallow cuts in the skin side of each redfish fillet.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter then brush it on each side of the fillets. Season both sides of fish with blackened seasoning.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil and remaining butter. When butter is melted, carefully lay each fillet skin-side up in the skillet.

  5. Remove to a serving plate and drizzle pan juices over fillets. Serve immediately.
