Blackened Cauliflower Steaks

Unsaved Blackened Cauliflower Steaks

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Adams Reserve Cuban Rub
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 head Cauliflower, cut vertically from head to stem in 1/4 inch steaks

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high or 350ºF.
  2. Brush cauliflower with oil and season liberally with rub.
  3. Grill 4 to 5 minutes per side until grill marks are on both sides. Turn off grill move steaks to an area that is not directly over heat source and cook an additional 10 minutes until just soft. Enjoy.
