Blackberry and Brie Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Salted butter
- 6 oz Brie cheese, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Fresh blackberries, cut in half lengthwise
- 4 Sourdough bread
Instructions
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
- Place one slice of bread into skillet and top with half of Brie and blackberries. Top with a second slice of bread.
- Cook several minutes on one side then flip, adding additional butter if needed.
- Continue to cook until cheese is melted and both sides are crisp and golden. Repeat with second sandwich.
