  • 1 lb Beef flank steak, cut into thin strips
  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1 Green bell pepper
  • 1/2 Yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup Red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Honey

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large non-stick pan over high heat.
  2. Toss sliced flank with black pepper and carefully add to the oil.
  3. Cook flank steak for 3-4 minutes, tossing frequently or until meat browns evenly.
  4. Remove the flank steak and add the peppers and onions.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables begin to brown along the edges.
  6. Add in the red wine vinegar and honey and bring to a simmer.
  7. Return the flank steak to the pan with the veggies and stir.
  8. Cook an additional 3 minutes. Serve.
