Black Garlic Lamb Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground lamb
  • 1 tbsp Black garlic, garlic paste squeezed from clove
  • 2 tsp Fresh oregano, leaves only
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 Plain flatbread

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or heavy skillet to medium-high.
  2. Mix lamb together with garlic, oregano, cumin and salt. Form into small slider-sized burgers about 1 inch thick.
  3. Sear well on both sides, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  4. Cut flatbread to fit sliders and toast lightly. Add burgers to toasted flatbread and garnish as desired with arugula, tomato and Lemon Black Garlic Aioli (recipe on heb.com)
