Black Garlic Lamb Sliders

Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground lamb
- 1 tbsp Black garlic, garlic paste squeezed from clove
- 2 tsp Fresh oregano, leaves only
- 1/2 tsp Ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 Plain flatbread
Instructions
- Preheat grill or heavy skillet to medium-high.
- Mix lamb together with garlic, oregano, cumin and salt. Form into small slider-sized burgers about 1 inch thick.
- Sear well on both sides, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
- Cut flatbread to fit sliders and toast lightly. Add burgers to toasted flatbread and garnish as desired with arugula, tomato and Lemon Black Garlic Aioli (recipe on heb.com)
