Unsaved Black Bean Guacamole Lettuce Burger

Ingredients

  • 5 oz Black bean quinoa burgers, 2 (2.5 oz.) patties
  • 4 oz Iceberg lettuce, cut in half and leaves pulled off for buns as needed
  • 4 tbsp Guacamole, divided use

Instructions

  1. Bake black bean quinoa burgers according to package oven instructions.
  2. To assemble burgers, place each patty on a few leaves of iceberg lettuce, top with 2 tablespoons of guacamole, and finish with more lettuce as desired.
