Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Lime(s), juiced
- 1/8 tsp Hot Sauce
- 2 Large avocado, chopped
- 1 cup Sweet white corn
- 30 oz Black beans, drained & rinsed
- 1 cup Tomatoes, diced
- 1/8 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp Ground black pepper
Instructions
- To make dressing, whisk together cilantro, oil, lime juice, and hot sauce in a small bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine avocado, corn, beans, and tomato.
- Add dressing, salt and pepper. Serve with tortilla chips.
