Quick & easy:Black Bean and Cheese Taco

Ingredients
- 15 oz No salt added black beans, washed and drained
- 4 Carb sense flour tortillas
- 1 cup Mexican blend shredded cheese
Instructions
- Place beans in a non-stick skillet set over medium heat and cook for 2 minutes.
- While continuing to cook, use a rubber spatula to mash beans until they resemble refried beans.
- Once beans are hot, spread a generous portion on a tortilla, and top with cheese.
- Place loaded tortilla in the microwave for 30 seconds or until cheese melts. Serve hot.
- Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas.
