Ingredients

  • 12 oz Pico de gallo
  • 1 cup Big Time Crunch Fiery Hot Chips
  • 3 Large avocado, meat scooped out
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced or zested

Instructions

  1. In a food processor add chips and pulse until consistency is just larger than panko breadcrumbs.
  2. In a bowl, combine avocado, pico de gallo, garlic, crushed chips and cilantro. Crush into desired consistency and season with salt and pepper to taste.
