Ingredients
- 4 fl oz Extra virgin olive oil
- 14 oz Beyond Meat, Beyond Ground Beef
- 14 oz Beyond Meat, Beyond Hot Italian Sausage
- 1 Yellow onion, small dice
- 2 Carrots, peeled and diced small
- 1 Red bell pepper, small dice
- 8 oz Sliced cremini mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Almond milk
- 24 oz Tomato puree
Instructions
- Add oil to a medium rondeau or Dutch Oven set over high heat. Place beef and sausage analogs in hot oil, breaking up both as they cook, until well browned, about 10 minutes.
- Add vegetables to the pot and sweat until translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in almond milk and tomato puree, lower heat, and simmer for 30 minutes.
