Instructions

  1. Add oil to a medium rondeau or Dutch Oven set over high heat. Place beef and sausage analogs in hot oil, breaking up both as they cook, until well browned, about 10 minutes.
  2. Add vegetables to the pot and sweat until translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in almond milk and tomato puree, lower heat, and simmer for 30 minutes.
