Better Than Your Mama's Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1 lb 80% ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Plain bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup Bacon jam, reserve 1/4 cup for topping
  • 1/4 cup Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Adams Reserve House All Purpose Rub
  • 1/4 cup Pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Smoked gouda spreadable cheese wedges, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375ºF.
  2. Thoroughly combine pecans, green onions, Gouda, bread crumbs, beef, seasoning and bacon jam and form into a loaf; place in a baking dish.
  3. Bake 35 minutes, remove from oven, top with reserved jam and bake 3 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160ºF.
