Best Ever Philly Cheese Steak

Serves 4
Ingredients
- 7 oz Diced sweet onions
- 14 oz Thin sliced beef sirloin
- 2 1/2 tbsp Cajun seasoning spice blend
- 1 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tsp Mayonnaise
- 4 Sliced provolone cheese
- 17 oz French baguettes
Instructions
- Place a large skillet over medium-high heat; add butter and onions. Sauté until slightly tender.
- Add steak portions and season with spice blend.
- Top each steak with onions while meat cooks. (Steak will separate when heated).
- Toss and dash each portion with sauce while cooking
- Once steak is done, reduce heat to simmer and lay slices of provolone over each 4 portions of steak.
- Split and toast 4 baguettes.
- Spread with mayonnaise and top with cheese steak.
