Beer Cheese dip

Ingredients
- 12 oz Hefeweizen beer
- 1 Garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup Sherry wine
- 1 tbsp Whole grain mustard, or spicy brown mustard
- 10 oz Evaporated milk
- 2 cups Extra sharp cheddar cheese shredded, shredded
- 2 cups Restaurant style 50/50 blend cheese
- 2 tbsp H-E-B Enriched Cake Flour
Instructions
- Combine beer, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, sherry, and mustard in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer and continue to cook until reduced by half.
- Pour in evaporated milk and bring back to a low simmer.
- In a separate bowl, toss shredded cheeses with flour and whisk into simmering beer mixture until smooth and combined. Season generously with salt and black pepper.
- Serve in a bowl alongside warm pigs in a blanket, fresh pretzels, brats, or boiled potatoes.
