Beer Braised Brisket

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 7 lb Brisket
- 3 White onions, sliced
- 1 bunch Cilantro, bunch
- 1 cup Garlic cloves, whole
- 3 tbsp Menudo seasoning
- 2 Jalapeño peppers, whole
- 2 tbsp Kosher salt
- 3 cups Beef broth
- 36 oz Beer
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425ºF.
- Trim brisket of almost all the fat.
- Season with menudo seasoning and salt.
- Place brisket, onions, garlic, cilantro, and jalapeños in a pan large enough to fit the brisket.
- Sear in oven for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes remove from oven, add liquids and cover with foil before placing back into oven.
- Lower temperature to 325ºF and continue cooking for another 5 hours.
