Unsaved Beefy BBQ Burger

Ingredients

  • 4 oz French Fried Onions
  • 8 oz Texas Style Beef Bone Broth BBQ Sauce
  • 4 Colby & Monterey Jack Slices
  • 8 Hickory Smoked Bacon
  • 4 Large Hamburger Buns
  • 4 Ground Chuck 1/3 lb Beef Patties 80% Lean

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high.
  2. Grill bacon slices until they reach desired level of crispiness, about 7 to 10 minutes; remove from grill.
  3. Grill burgers to an internal temperature of 165ºF. About a minute before removing from grill, add cheese and remove burgers once melted.
  4. Lightly toast buns on grill then set aside.
  5. To build, spread buns with BBQ sauce, place cheeseburgers on bottom buns and add bacon and fried onions. Finish with top buns and serve.
