Ingredients

  • 8 oz Lean ground beef sirloin
  • 7 oz Pico de gallo, medium
  • 9 oz Sweet garden crunch salad mix
  • 3 tbsp Cilantro lime greek yogurt dressing
  • 4 Tostadas

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until nicely browned. Add half of pico de gallo and stir through. Remove from heat.
  2. Toss salad with dressing.
  3. Place a tostada on each serving plate and divide salad and beef equally between plates.
