Unsaved Beef Stir Fry with Savory Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil, divided use
  • 1 Beef and vegetable stir fry kit
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Limes, juiced
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 2 tsp Corn starch

Instructions

  1. In large sauté pan over high heat add 1 tablespoon sesame oil until almost smoking.
  2. Add beef and sauté 3 to 4 minutes, then remove and set aside.
  3. Add remaining sesame oil and add both veggie packets, garlic powder, sauce, soy sauce, lime juice and water. Sauté additional 2 to 3 minutes and sprinkle cornstarch over veggies, then stir until incorporated.
  4. Return beef to pan, stir to combine and cook 2 minutes.
  5. Chef's Note: Serve over rice and garnish with green onion.
