Beef Stir-Fry with Crisp Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sugar snap peas
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 13.5 oz Stir fry Chinese cooking sauce
  • 1 lb Beef for stir fry
  • 1 cup Jasmine rice, prepared according to package directions

Instructions

  1. Place a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and sausage, and sauté 2 minutes.
  2. Once sausage begins to brown, add vegetables and sauté an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in cooking sauce until combined. Simmer 3 minutes on medium-low.
  4. Serve over prepared white rice.
