Beef Stir-Fry with Crisp Vegetables

Ingredients
- 2 cups Sugar snap peas
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 13.5 oz Stir fry Chinese cooking sauce
- 1 lb Beef for stir fry
- 1 cup Jasmine rice, prepared according to package directions
Instructions
- Place a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and sausage, and sauté 2 minutes.
- Once sausage begins to brown, add vegetables and sauté an additional 2 minutes.
- Stir in cooking sauce until combined. Simmer 3 minutes on medium-low.
- Serve over prepared white rice.
