Beef Bulgogi Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Beef Bulgogi Sauce
  • 1 lb Wagyu Beef Sirloin Steaks
  • 6 Lettuce wraps
  • 1 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Marinate steaks in bulgogi sauce for a minimum of 15 minutes. Preheat grill while steaks marinate.
  2. Grill steaks to desired degree of doneness. Remove from grill and rest for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on thickness of steak.
  3. Slice the beef and place in the lettuce cups. Top with the toasted sesame seeds and serve.
