Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Minced ginger
  • 2 bunches Broccolini, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce, plus more as needed to taste
  • 9 oz Toasted sesame cooking sauce
  • 1/2 cup Green onions, chopped
  • 1 1/4 lb Beef top round steak, cut into thin strips
  • 1 tbsp Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup Peanut or vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large sauté pan or wok, add oil to get hot, then add onions, ginger paste and garlic, stir-fry for 2 minutes before adding beef.
  2. Add soy sauce and cook until any liquid in pan is almost cooked out. Add broccolini and cook just until tender.
  3. Add stir-fry sauce and cilantro and toss to combine everything. Remove from heat. Serve over rice if desired and season with more soy sauce to taste.
  4. Chef's Note: I like to garnish this dish with crushed roasted salted peanuts or sub bean sprouts for cilantro.
