  • 2 tsp Corn starch
  • 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 3 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 Medium Sweet onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Dry sherry wine

Instructions

  1. Combine: soy sauce, garlic sauce, cornstarch, pepper, vinegar and sesame oil; to create a marinade in a 1 gallon seal-able plastic bag.
  2. Add meat to marinade turn to coat and then marinate 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, cut broccoli florets into small pieces.
  4. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over High heat 3 minutes. Stir-fry onion 2 minutes; add broccoli and stir-fry 2 more minutes. Remove to a plate.
  5. Remove beef from marinade and reserve marinade. Stir fry beef in skillet for 2 minutes. Remove to plate with broccoli.
  6. Pour sherry into skillet; boil 15 seconds or until reduced by half. Stir reserved marinade into skillet with sherry. Toss beef and broccoli in skillet with sauce until heated through.
