Beef & Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 3/4 lb Natural flank steak
- 4 tbsp Less sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
- 2 tsp Corn starch
- 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 3 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 Medium Sweet onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp Dry sherry wine
Instructions
- Combine: soy sauce, garlic sauce, cornstarch, pepper, vinegar and sesame oil; to create a marinade in a 1 gallon seal-able plastic bag.
- Add meat to marinade turn to coat and then marinate 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut broccoli florets into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over High heat 3 minutes. Stir-fry onion 2 minutes; add broccoli and stir-fry 2 more minutes. Remove to a plate.
- Remove beef from marinade and reserve marinade. Stir fry beef in skillet for 2 minutes. Remove to plate with broccoli.
- Pour sherry into skillet; boil 15 seconds or until reduced by half. Stir reserved marinade into skillet with sherry. Toss beef and broccoli in skillet with sauce until heated through.
