Unsaved Beef and Cheese Roll Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 lb 96% extra lean ground beef
  • 4 Spinach & herb tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded mild cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat a large non-stick skillet to medium-high. Add lean ground beef, breaking apart with a fork, and cook until browned.
  2. Once beef is cooked, use paper towels to absorb any fat from the pan.
  3. Place tortillas on a work surface and divide cheese equally between them.
  4. Set 1 cheese tortilla in the microwave for 30 seconds to melt the cheese.
  5. Remove tortilla from microwave and add 1 cup of lean ground beef. Roll up and place seam-side down on a plate.
  6. Repeat this process for the other three tortillas.
