  • 3/4 lb Sirloin steak, natural, thinly sliced
  • 6 tbsp Teriyaki marinade, divided
  • 1/2 cup Low sodium beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Corn starch
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 White onion, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 8 oz Fresh broccolini, cut 1-inch pieces

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine beef and 3 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce. Toss to coat and set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine broth, cornstarch, red chili flakes and remaining teriyaki sauce. Set aside.
  3. Place a large skillet over high heat with oil and heat until it just begins to smoke.
  4. Add sirloin and cook stirring constantly until browned. Transfer meat to a plate.
  5. To the same skillet, add garlic, green onions and broccolini. Cook several minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Add broth mixture and bring to a simmer.
  7. Return beef to skillet and stir to combine. Cook until sauce is thickened slightly and coats broccolini and beef.
