Beef and Broccolini Stir fry

Serves 6
Ingredients
- 3/4 lb Sirloin steak, natural, thinly sliced
- 6 tbsp Teriyaki marinade, divided
- 1/2 cup Low sodium beef broth
- 1 tbsp Corn starch
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 White onion, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 8 oz Fresh broccolini, cut 1-inch pieces
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine beef and 3 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce. Toss to coat and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine broth, cornstarch, red chili flakes and remaining teriyaki sauce. Set aside.
- Place a large skillet over high heat with oil and heat until it just begins to smoke.
- Add sirloin and cook stirring constantly until browned. Transfer meat to a plate.
- To the same skillet, add garlic, green onions and broccolini. Cook several minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add broth mixture and bring to a simmer.
- Return beef to skillet and stir to combine. Cook until sauce is thickened slightly and coats broccolini and beef.
