Unsaved BBQ Smoked Sausage and Rice

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Instant long grain rice
  • 5 Smoked sausage
  • 4 oz Diced white onions
  • 4 oz Diced 3 color bell peppers
  • 6 oz Bbq sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large non-stick pan over medium to medium-high heat.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare rice per package instructions and reserve.
  3. Add sausages to hot pan and cook until brown on all sides, about 10 to 12 minutes. Stir in onions and peppers, and cook an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to medium, add BBQ sauce and cook for another 10 minutes.
  5. Serve sausages over rice and enjoy.
