BBQ Brisket Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Fully cooked brisket, diced
  • 32 oz Tomato basil soup
  • 15 oz Diced tomatoes, in juice
  • 15 oz Spicy pinto beans
  • 1 cup Fresh sweet onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Fresh poblano peppers, diced
  • 2 tbsp Sliced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Adams Reserve Ancho Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Adams Reserve Ground Chipotle Pepper

Instructions

  1. Place diced brisket, soup and tomatoes in a 6-quart pot over medium-high heat and bring to a boil.
  2. Add beans, onion, poblano pepper, garlic and both chili powders.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 10 to 20 minutes uncovered.
