BBQ Brisket Soup

Ingredients
- 2 lb Fully cooked brisket, diced
- 32 oz Tomato basil soup
- 15 oz Diced tomatoes, in juice
- 15 oz Spicy pinto beans
- 1 cup Fresh sweet onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup Fresh poblano peppers, diced
- 2 tbsp Sliced garlic
- 1 tbsp Adams Reserve Ancho Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Adams Reserve Ground Chipotle Pepper
Instructions
- Place diced brisket, soup and tomatoes in a 6-quart pot over medium-high heat and bring to a boil.
- Add beans, onion, poblano pepper, garlic and both chili powders.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 10 to 20 minutes uncovered.
