Basque Style Pepper Steak

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Grass fed New York Strip
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika, plus more as needed

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to 350˚F approximately at medium-high heat.
  2. Season steaks with salt, pepper and pimenton or smoked paprika. Allow to sit at room temperature while grill is preheating.
  3. Grill steaks 5 to 7 minutes per side or until steaks reach desired doneness.
  4. Allow steaks to rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Season to taste as needed.
