Bang Bang Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, plus more for garnishing
  • 1 cup White basmati rice
  • 1/3 cup Hoisin sauce
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Toasted sesame oil
  • 1 lb Argentine red shrimp
  • 1/2 cup Ssam sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook rice per package instructions then set aside and keep warm.
  2. To make Bang Bang sauce, mix Ssam sauce, mayonnaise, hoisin sauce, and 1/4 cup cilantro together in a large bowl.
  3. Add Argentine shrimp and toss to coat.
  4. Place a skillet over medium heat for 1 minute then add sesame oil, turning pan to coat.
  5. Evenly spread out shrimp in pan and sauté 1 to 2 minutes per side. Serve immediately over rice, and garnish with additional cilantro if desired.
