  • 1 cup Bananas, frozen
  • 1 cup Lactose free fat free milk
  • 3 Reduced Fat Nilla Wafers, or 1/2 of a graham cracker
  • 2 Vanilla whey protein powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
