Balsamic Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Fresh Italian parsley, finely chopped.
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh oregano, finely chopped
  • 5 Fresh garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup Green onion(s), chopped
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 3/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add all ingredients together and store in fridge or on the counter for 30 minutes or longer to let flavors blend.
  2. Season chimichurri to taste, and if needed you can add more olive oil to make it thinner or less pungent.
