Balsamic Chimichurri

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Fresh Italian parsley
  • 1/3 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup Fresh oregano
  • 5 Peeled garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup Green onion
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 3/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, finely chop the parsley, cilantro, oregano, garlic and green onions.
  2. Add the balsamic vinegar, cayenne pepper and salt to the herbs and mix together to incorporate.
  3. Add olive oil and stir just to mix.
  4. Refrigerate 30 minutes to allow flavors to mingle.
